Shipping methods, costs and information

Due to customs regulations, we only ship within Germany and to the following countries of the European Union for the time being:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Åland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Great Britain (except Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d’Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European areas), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (except northern part)
The shipping costs are based on the actual weight and external dimensions of the completely packed shipment. During the ordering process you can also choose: who e.g. would like to have his individual CD shipped insured and traceable, you can choose that (within DE 5.95 euros – within the EU 15.95 euros), then we will send it that way.
The shipping costs are as follows:
Within Germany:
- EUR 2.95 – 1 CD – bubble envelope (uninsured, not traceable)
- EUR 3.95 – 2-3 CDs – bubble envelope (uninsured, not traceable)
- EUR 4.95 – from 4 CDs, up to 2 kg total weight – parcel or colmpac cardboard box (uninsured, not traceable)
- EUR 5.95 – up to 2 kg total weight – package (insured, traceable)
- EUR 6.95 – up to 5 kg total weight – package (insured, traceable)
European Union:
- EUR 5.95 – up to 3 CDs – bubble envelope, colmpac cardboard box (uninsured, not traceable)
- EUR 9.95 – up to 2 kg total weight – parcel or colmpac cardboard box (uninsured, not traceable)
- EUR 15.95 – up to 2 kg total weight – package (insured, traceable)
- EUR 19.95 – up to 5 kg total weight – package (insured, traceable)
Delivery will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 2-7 working days after receipt of payment.
